Therapy that treats you as a person, not a patient.

Highly personalized psychotherapy for teens and adults

Virtual Therapy across Michigan

You're capable, well intentioned, maybe even the person others lean on. yet something
keeps getting in the way.

  • Anxiety that won't quit

Your mind is always ten steps ahead, rehearsing worst-case scenarios. You know it's irrational. Knowing doesn't make it stop.

  • A mood that's hard to shake

You go through the motions, but can't seem to access genuine joy or motivation the way you used to.

  • ADHD beyond the diagnosis

You have the diagnosis, maybe even the medication, but executive dysfunction is still derailing your work, relationships, and self-image.

  • Negative Patterns you keep repeating

You can see the cycle clearly: reactive moments you regret, ways of coping that aren't serving you, relationships that feel stuck on a loop.

  • A teen who's struggling

They're pulling away, overwhelmed at school, or caught in social media spirals. You want to help but don't know how to reach them.

  • Something harder to name

Maybe it's grief, a chronic illness, a trauma that won't stay in the past, or just a persistent sense that life should feel better than this.

MY APPROACH & BACKGROUND

Personalized care rooted in science and curiosity.

I've been practicing psychotherapy in downtown Plymouth for over twenty years. I work collaboratively with every person and tailor my approach to their unique qualities and life experience.

My training includes a doctorate in clinical psychology and credentialing with the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. I am also board certified in neuropsychology — a specialization that helps me incorporate individual cognitive strengths and weaknesses, as well as personality and medical variables, in developing a solid treatment plan comprised of realistic goals for each person.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, complex trauma, and more. My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities and let the person in front of me, not a protocol, guide what we do together.

Areas of Focus

WHAT I SPECIALIZE IN

My work centers on improving emotional regulation, cognitive patterns, and relationships through increasing self awareness, enhancing communication, and cultivating meaning in everyday life.

With a wealth of clinical experience, I use a goal-oriented approach to meet an individual where they are on their life journey.
I see teens and adults in person and via telehealth.

Anxiety & OCD

Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and OCD. We build real tools for lasting change, not just managing symptoms day to day.

Depression & Mood

Major depression, persistent low mood, and bipolar disorder with care tailored to your specific experience, history, and life circumstances.

ADHD & Executive Function

Targeting the behavioral dysregulation and executive dysfunction that affect daily life, work, and relationships, beyond the diagnosis and medication.
