Dr. Bryer enjoys treating adults, couples, and families struggling with issues that are negatively affecting their quality of life. These issues might include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, marital problems, adjusting to disability, or behavioral problems such as managing stress/anger. Her orientation is cognitive-behavioral which means that she focuses on helping individuals modify their pattern of thinking to more adaptively manage problems in their lives.
